My first stop, Blue Tokai, an Indian coffee chain, did not disappoint. Despite the blustery weather, the walk was worth it for the excellent flat white brewed on a La Marzocco machine.

Continuing my coffee crawl, I discovered Tan Coffee, a quirky spot with a mathematical twist. The terrace seating provided a perfect spot for my second cup. The journey back to the hotel revealed an underground market reminiscent of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar, a fascinating cultural crossover.

However, the destination, Palika Bazaar, made up for it with its vibrant atmosphere and strong touts. A stop at Plum Coffee led to an interesting encounter with a scam, but the coffee itself was a saving grace.
